U.N. sets Guyana, Suriname border in oil basin spat (Reuters)

Reuters - A U.N. tribunal set a boundary on Thursday for Guyana and Suriname in a dispute over an oil basin, a decision welcomed by Canada's CGX Energy which had operated there until Surinamese gunboats expelled the company in 2000.
